Dr. Shreya Sarkar-Barney is the CEO and founder of Human Capital Growth Inc. (HCG). Prior to starting Human Capital Growth, she led global leadership development at Levi Strauss & CO., and organizational effectiveness and training at Dendrite International. She has held academic appointments at Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Hartford, and University of California, Berkeley. Shreya is a frequent invited speaker, and has authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed research papers.

Soumyajit Sarkar

Partner, India

​Mr. Soumyajit Sarkar is head of Optimal Talent Solutions, Human Capital Growth’s partner in delivering services in India. In this capacity, he manages client relations, business development, and project delivery. Soumyajit manages assessment projects for region-level and country-level leaders across Europe, Asia, and the Middle-East. Soumyajit has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fergusson College and is deeply knowledgeable about the Indian economy, particularly the IT industry and the Automobile Industry. He is certified in Hogan assessments and coaching.

Manasa Bharadwaj

Client Success Manager

Manasa Bharadwaj is the client success manger at Human Capital Growth. She has been part of HCG since 2011. She is a proactive professional with proven knowledge of marketing strategy, conflict resolution, customer needs assessment, project management and relationship management. Managing different domains has helped her explore interests and have a constant need to build the skillset. Planning and strategizing to gain better results have been her key role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer applications and a correspondence in animation and visual design.

Vinutha P

Operations Team Lead

Vinutha P is the operations lead at Human Capital Growth. She has been part of HCG since 2012. In her current role, she builds eLearning courses, manages the learning and survey platform and the website. She also creates marketing materials, run email campaigns, and manage user database. She holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and a correspondence in animation and visual design.

Natalia Napoles

Operations Specialist

Natalie Napoles is a Marketing and Operations Specialist at Human Capital Growth. In her current role, she aids the marketing team in search engine optimization and in writing and editing HCG website content. Additionally, she will be taking the lead in client communication and operation management. Natalie holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Riverside and hopes to pursue a Ph. D in Organizational Psychology.
