​Dr. Shreya Sarkar-Barney is the president of Human Capital Growth. Shreya’s consulting and analytics work has helped decision makers in Fortune 100 organizations make better choices related to talent and program investments. She previously chaired the SHRM (US) effort on developing an ANSI standard on employee turnover. She also holds a lecturer appointment at University of California, Berkeley. Shreya has over 30 publications and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences. Shreya has a Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She enjoys living in beautiful northern California with her husband and two children.
