Dr. Shreya Sarkar-Barney will lead us through an interactive session addressing myths about the utility of Applied Psychology in solving major organizational challenges such as closing the revenue gap and reviving failing collaborations. She will also share a few examples of how scientific evidence has led to sustained improvements in addressing such mega organizational problems.
This will be followed by a conversation with Karn Singh, Assoc. Director, of Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS).  He will speak on their efforts to embed the use of evidence-based methods to provide timely, targeted, and impactful people solutions that drive business results.
