Chinwe has 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field with proven experience in diversity and inclusion programs, talent management, change management, project and program management in the technology and healthcare industry.
She joined NetApp 6+ years ago and aspires to lead the way in this increasingly diverse workforce as an influential change consultant designing and driving bold, innovative strategies that fosters an inclusive and belonging culture that drives business outcomes.
Chinwe holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.

David is part of the Oracle Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team, which manages all aspects of D&I for Oracle US. As part of the D&I team, David delivers integrated solutions to help embed D&I and employee engagement competencies, concepts, thinking, systems, and processes into the business. In this role, David engages individuals as part of the organization’s disability inclusion strategy and manages a portfolio of diversity strategic partnerships. As the past Corporate Diversity Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, David was responsible for the research, development, implementation and metrics of enterprise diversity initiatives. In this role he educated all levels of employees on the business case for diversity to help develop a culture of inclusion and accountability.

Alyssa Perez is a research analyst and consultant at Human Capital Growth. In this capacity, she conducts primary and secondary research on HR and talent practices. She has also worked on research grants involving NASA astronauts to improve team outcomes, and the Army Research Lab to improve decision making in global operations. She specializes in topics of diversity, national culture, creativity and innovation.

​Shreya Sarkar-Barney, Ph.D. is the CEO and founder of Human Capital Growth. In 2019, she was awarded the Scientist-Practitioner presidential recognition by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for pioneering evidence-based practice in organizations. While at Levi Strauss & CO., she led the company’s diversity initiatives. She works with multinational organizations in the US and in Asia, on leveraging talent analytics to make fair hiring decisions.
