Corey Grantham is an Associate Consultant at Human Capital Growth (HCG). In this role, he supports clients in the acquisition of skills necessary to implement evidence-based solutions to talent management challenges. Corey possesses more than 15 years of experience managing human resources, leading organizational change initiatives, facilitating training and development programs, and crafting performance management systems for Fortune 500 companies, private firms, and non-profit organizations. He has a degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and he will begin work on his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Connecticut this fall.
Alyssa Perez is a Consultant for Human Capital Growth (HCG). She works part-time at HCG in aiding clients in implementing scientific, evidence-based solutions to organizational concerns. She is currently a Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology Ph.D student at the University of Central Florida. Her doctoral research includes topics of diversity, discrimination, and cross-cultural business concerns. She also works as a Research Assistant at The University of Central Florida's Institute for Simulation and Training, where she works on important grant projects for clients such as NASA and the Army Research Lab (ARL). She also has experience in teaching undergraduate students in I/O psychology and psychometrics.
Dr. Shreya Sarkar-Barney is the president of Human Capital Growth. Shreya's consulting and analytics work has helped decision makers in Fortune 100 organizations make better choices related to talent and program investments. She previously chaired the SHRM (US) effort on developing an ANSI standard on employee turnover. She also holds a lecturer appointment at University of California, Berkeley. Shreya has over 30 publications and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences. Shreya has a Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She enjoys living in beautiful northern California with her husband and two children.
