If your current role or future role requires enterprise-wide view of talent implications, select the Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) learning and certification option. This is our most comprehensive option, covering all four areas of the employee life-cycle, spanning across 17 practices. This option is recommended to those that have 3+ years of work experience.
Those early in their HR career or those looking to enter into a Talent Management role with a broad Talent Management expertise will benefit from the Certified Talent Management (CTMS) learning and certification option. Although, it is a smaller comprehensive package, you will learn about the most impactful practices at all four phases of the employee life-cycle. These skills may allow you effectively integrate solutions across functions.
